Suited to Succeed was created to assist local training organizations that share our mission of helping women succeed in the workplace. We currently have over 30 referral partners in the Baltimore metro area consisting of employment readiness, addictions and advocacy programs.

Become a Referral Partner / If your 501(c)(3) organization is helping Baltimore area women transition from welfare or underemployment into the workforce, give us a call. We would love to help you help your clients take that next step. Referred clients are invited to STS and assisted in selecting two business outfits which can include a suit, blouse, shoes, and other accessories. When a client secures a position, she is invited back to select two additional outfits with the goal of creating a business wardrobe.
