Suited to Succeed (STS) assists Baltimore area women transitioning from unemployment and job training programs into the workforce. We provide free business clothing and career-related programs that will help you achieve your goal of self-sufficiency. During the first appointment at STS, a client is assisted in selecting three business outfits which can include a suite, blouse, shoes, and other accessories. When she secures a position, she is invited back to select three to five additional outfits with the goal of creating a business wardrobe. In addition to clothing, STS also provides career-related workshops that will help you enhance your success in the workplace. To become an STS client you must be referred by an STS Referral Partner.
